Welcome and thank you for your interest in Med-Job-Alert a service provided by MEDJOB LTD registered under company number 16249298 (“Med-Job-Alert”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (this “Agreement”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to your use of our website and the products, services, content and other resources available or enabled via our website (collectively, the “Med-Job-Alert Services”). By registering for an account, clicking the “I Accept” button, or using the Med-Job-Alert Services in any way, you or the entity you represent (the “Customer”) are unconditionally consenting to be bound by and becoming a party to this Agreement with Med-Job-Alert.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using MedJobAlert, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom.

1. Med-Job-Alert Services

1.1. Service Description. Med-Job-Alert provides a notification service for junior clinical positions, delivering real-time alerts through the Telegram messaging platform. The service includes:

  • Real-time monitoring and notification of new junior clinical positions
  • Integration with Telegram for instant job alerts
  • Subscription-based access to notification services

1.2. Service Access. Subject to Customer's payment of applicable fees, Med-Job-Alert will provide Customer with access to the Services during the Subscription Term.

1.3 We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of any job listings provided through the Service.

2. User Accounts and Security

2.1. Account Creation. To access the Services, you must register for a Med-Job-Alert account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2. Account Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1. Trial Period. Med-Job-Alert offers a 3-day trial period for new users. After the trial period ends, continued access to the Services requires a paid subscription.

3.2. Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew for additional periods equal to the preceding term unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

3.3. Payments. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in this Agreement.

4. Privacy

Your use of MedJobAlert is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Refunds and Disputes

5.1. Refund Policy. Med-Job-Alert offers refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If you request a refund within 48 hours of purchasing your subscription and haven't received any notifications.
  • If our service is completely unavailable for more than 24 hours straight (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.

5.2. Refund Process. To request a refund, contact our support team with your account details and reason for the refund. Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.

5.3. Dispute Resolution. If you have a dispute regarding our services:

  • Contact our support team first to attempt to resolve the issue directly
  • Provide detailed information about your concern and desired resolution
  • Allow up to 10 business days for us to investigate and respond

5.4. Payment Disputes. Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, we request that you contact us first to resolve any billing issues. Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in account termination.

6. Restrictions and Responsibilities

6.1. Use Restrictions. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Services

7. Third-Party Websites and Services

7.1. External Links. The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Med-Job-Alert. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7.2. Third-Party Services. Your use of third-party services (including but not limited to Telegram and Stripe) is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing these terms before using such services.

7.3. No Endorsement. The inclusion of any links to third-party websites does not imply endorsement by Med-Job-Alert of such websites or any association with their operators. You acknowledge and agree that Med-Job-Alert shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods, or services.

8. Term and Termination

8.1. Termination. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

8.2. Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Disclaimer. The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9.2. Limitation. In no event shall Med-Job-Alert be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Effective date” at the top of these Terms.

10.2. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of these Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Services.
